The Deluxe Double Room with City View was spacious and had four windows flooding it with natural light. The clawfoot bathtub was a lovely touch. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus. The staff let us leave our bags there. The soundproofing was great, and everything was spotlessly clean.

the so-called 'Deluxe Double Room' is more like a storage closet, missing proper lighting, and don’t even get me started on the noise from other guests and plumbing! i almost gave this place a good review until nobody offered a simple welcome gift for all the inconveniences. not even a snack! absolute lack of regard.

Journey Town Inn offered a cozy atmosphere with unique decor that made my stay special. The Deluxe Double Room with City View was spacious, featuring four large windows which provided plenty of natural light. The attached bathroom was a highlight, boasting a clawfoot bathtub and good water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the availability of a washing machine with free laundry detergent, which made it convenient for my longer stay. The location was superb, just steps from the MRT station, yet I found the neighborhood quieter on weekends with fewer breakfast options available. On the downside, the bathroom lighting could use improvement, and I felt the room would benefit from some shelving or a full-length mirror. The noise levels from other guests and plumbing at times disrupted my comfort. Despite this, the friendly and accommodating staff made the experience pleasant.

The elevator needs a serious upgrade. waiting for it felt longer than necessary!!! Also, the noise from the nearby washing machine during the night was incredibly irritating, disrupting an otherwise peaceful stay!!!
